History:
Mint Toffee was born on the twenty-seventh day of the first month of the first year of the new millennium to the King and Queen of a small country. The country was constantly at war with the mainland, who was determined to make the country part of its empire again. When she was but one year old, her entire family was separated to "protect the royal line." She was abruptly thrust into the forest with a terribly basic knowledge of survival.

That was ten years ago. Now a mature adult wolf, Mint Toffee wanders the world, seeking her parents. She knows it's likely a hopeless quest, but she hates knowing the possibility, however slim, that they could be out there, looking for her desperately, and she never returning the effort.

Mint Toffee got her nickname from a small squirrel she met while on the road. "Princess Mint Toffee Meltaway Sugarkiss" was a bit of a mouthful for the poor guy, so he adapted. Fortunately for "Furry", and unfortunately for "Minty", the squirrel took an instant liking to her and is never too far away in her adventures.

I've always wanted to color one of these, but I could never think of a pattern or a character for the final product (I suspect part of the problem was my reluctance to color anything without Lock Alpha as an option). I'm quite pleased with how it turned out!
