Please read the traits here and adjust the info listed in your form to fit that.

A Unicorn Horn would fall under "Other Mutations" which is a Divine Trait as it is not listed anywhere in the existing traits. The closest thing to that that really does exist in the lists is "Demon Horns (Large or Small)" which is a Legendary Trait. So if you do want a Unicorn Horn or something similar you'll have to make a wish for it. Which you can list multiple traits in the "Send a Wish to the Gods?" section, but certain rarities are harder to get.

It would also be preferred if you could be more specific on what wings you want. By "Rare Trait (x1): wings!" I'm going to assume you mean the Rare "×1 Set of Medium Wings (13’-15’ Wingspan)" Trait, but "extra big wings" is not a trait. The closest thing to "extra big wings" is "×1 Set of Large Wings (18’-20’ Wingspan)" so do you mean those?
