Ehh, plz excuse that i'm a bit tired at the moment, it means i'll keep it if i like it, and the person that makes it can keep it if i don't-

Just know if i am not intrested in the design that much i won't be willing to buy, same as just for free ones.

Yeah, its honestly the person drawing the design's choice to want payment for it, i'm not forcing anyone to make it for free if they dont want to.

Like how it is with other adopts/exc, ya can make ppl pay for em, or have them as FCFS (first come first serves), idc, as long as i like it XD
