Me? Spending way too long humanizing CS pets? It's already started.
I wanted to make the human version look a bit different but ended up being lazy
and colored-picked from the design. I'm sorry sunback, you deserve better.
Uninteresting rambling time that I really hope doesn't sound silly because I'm just really genuinely happy about this:
I was able to trade for this sunback today, and I'm so excited. I've been hoping to get one since 2015.
I've been on CS on and off a lot, and have generally lost interest in pet collecting, but the sunback had always been
a goal for me. It started off a mild wishlist pet for a bit, I don't know why, but I ended up drawing it. I remember I had
a ton of fun with the drawing, and a little while after I posted it, it was featured. This was about five years ago, and until
I joined keldines, it was the happiest memories I have of the site, I nearly cried. Fast forward to last December, I came back
to CS after quitting for a bit. I remembered the 18th hype and wanted to relive. CS quickly reeled me back in, this time
not with pets, but with the community and art. I decided to redraw that old thing, and somehow
lighting struck twice and it was again featured, which in turn gave me more confidence to start drawing more on oekaki
and ended up making some friends. So I just have a lot of nostalgia and good memories surrounding this pet,
and I'm so glad I've finally got it.
