anyways this dude has no name yet but basically his deal is;
he was kidnapped as a baby by a group of tiefling jesters and was raised as their own, and eventually the Grand Jester gave him an immunity to dark magic that turned him into a half-teifling. now he just wants to have fun and make people laugh but of course SOMETHING has to ruin that and now he's out here trying to explain to a town guard that he didn't know dropping a rock on someone's head was a bad thing.
