I've had this design for like two entire years, ever since I got him in a 'make a character for the person above you' thread on Toyhouse, and I haven't even drawn him until now. Shame on me.

Revamped his design a bit, gave him a venomous snake, ya know, the works.

I swear I didn't go wild with the hair highlights it's just supposed to look like water.
