Bro, I used to get these feelings all the time. Sometimes I still do. Anxiety can be a killer sometimes, especially when there's no outlet. I would seriously suggest calling your family doctor/therapist about it; even if some people wouldn't count this as an emergency, if you're losing sleep and it's making you feel unsafe, it's an emergency.
Otherwise, speaking to someone you trust is a good call too. I'm a bit of an anti-social introvert myself, so I personally prefer a therapist or my parents, if anyone at all; just find something that you know helps you and stick with it c:
