What is an SWD?
Squishy water dragons, SWDs or squishies for short, are amphibious creatures that love to play in water,
they can be as small as a puppy, or grow as big as a pony! Squishy water dragons have thin, transparent
membranes that contain a watery liquid. This liquid contains essential nutrients for them to survive,
along with cute little charms that float in the liquid! SWDs can be found on land or in the water, playing
and sunbathing. One of their most peculiar abilities is the ability to retain so much water! SWDs can survive
without drinking water for months, which is a feat of its own! But that doesn't keep them away from the water,
they love to swim!

How do I obtain one?
Squishy water dragons are a closed species, so you must either been invited to make one, or adopt one
of the openly available adopts!! In the future, you may also be able to purchase a custom which
will let you make your own!

Squishy water dragons are a closed species, you may not make your own unless given express permission by myself (punkopup), you may adopt one however, from the open adopts!

Please do not spam any squishy water dragon threads.

Please do not ask to be staff, there will be applications where you'll be allowed to apply!

Do not beg.

Squishy water dragons may not be sold for any currency unless they have additional media such as art made of them that is of monetary value (ie, you commissioned someone to draw one for you) OR if they were purchased for USD. If reselling, you must sell for equal or lesser monetary value unless additional goods are included. If you are planning to SELL your SWD please notify punkopup about your plan to sell and who it will be going to. This person must be able to have access to the species rules and community.

SWD may be traded or gifted on the trading thread (work in progress).

For auction competitions, you may not retract your bid once you have placed it. Bids must be paid within 24 h of winning or the squishy will be defaulted to the next highest bidder.

Please be nice to everyone who is in the community!

Please do not whine / guilt trip under any circumstance, it's not a good look...

Do not trace / copy the concept or ideas from SWD adopts.

Please do not minimod!

Artists can redeem one uncommon myo for every 4 adopts they create, or one common myo for every 3 adopts they create. They also recieve one uncommon myo for joining the team!

Mods get one uncommon MYO per month of activity (which will be determined by punkopup).

Staff must be able to receive messages and communicate over discord.

Artists should try to judge their competitions in a timely matter, however, staff that are unable to judge competitions due to extenuating circumstances should message another staff member to help them judge! In the case of an absent artist, mods may be asked to step in and judge competitions.

Horn edits and tail edits (must visibly contain liquid!), pupil shape, ear edit, glow, gradient membrane / water,
damage to membrane (leaks or tears similar to scars), squishy nose horn, fins of membrane / regular fins

Rare
Different areas of membrane (ie. on face or body), membrane wings, multiple sets of horns, multiple shapes of charm,
multi-coloured MB or water (patterns like stripes or spots), up to 6 eyes, up to 6 limbs, max 3 tails,
plant, crystal, etc growth, halos, no charm
