This search is for finding artists and moderators who are interested in working for the species!

Artist applications
In order to apply for an artist position, you have been allowed to colour in the main base to create entries
and show off your design skills. Artists will be chosen based on the quality of their entries and their appeal, so be creative!

Owner of dumpster dwellers, although it's not really active.

How do you tend to deal with conflict?:
usually i will get both sides to tell me what happened individually. Then, I will find a middle ground and/or explain any miscommunications. If the problem isn't resolved after a bit of talking, then if there is some sort of strike system, I will give the user(s) causing problems a warning that if they continue they will get a strike.

Weekly CS activity (estimate!):
at least 7 hours, usually more

- i was a trial mod for a site named miceforce for a couple of years before having to quit due to personal issues.
- i was a mod on the create-a-clan staff team! (the cs forum, the website, and the discord!)
- when i had first joined cs, i was a moderator for an adoptable species called mini messy, but they're now inactive.
- i had been a moderator for pokeventures, an adoptable pokemon rpg run by astral.
- i was also a moderator for a species called sheer adopts by bellumii!
- i was a mod for dinoken.
- i was/am also a mod for catacombs.
How do you tend to deal with conflict?: i tend to talk about it to the other staff first if the situation calls for it, and then proceed by talking to the people involved to get both sides of the story and then go from there.
Weekly CS activity (estimate!): i'm online a lot, though my reason for posting has decreased greatly. at the least, i'm on for at least thirty minutes every day.

- I was one of the owners of a now inactive species a while back and moderated threads/discord
- I am a moderator of cat cremes
How do you tend to deal with conflict?: if it’s a small conflict/argument, I’ll try to calm both sides down and help them find a compromise and/or remind them that drama isn’t welcome in the thread/server. For larger conflicts or intentional agitation and drama, I’ll both attempt to diffuse the situation discuss the situation with trusted authorities (i.e. staff) on whether the behavior warrants a warning/strike.
Weekly CS activity (estimate!): quite a lot! I’m on chicken smoothie for at least a few hours every day (I’m a mobile user and check in a lot) as well as discord, where I can most likely be quickly reached with a dm or ping.
