That was taken from a book I'm writing, Chosen of Alias. (Goddess' name is Alias...might change)
Originally, Cloud is the one speaking to Mikrini (Distance in Greek) about the task and exactly why she has the Seal of Spirits on her chest. (In their world it is a honor to have the Seal of Spirits and usually means you were originally the daughter/son of the goddess.)
The whole book doesn't have only animals, though. Mikrini and a few others have human forms.
