The scales are part of the fur pattern, they are not actually scales. The marking around the eyes can be seen as makeup or part of the design. I drew the lanterns from memory so they're probably not accurate. The crown is held on by the dragon's tail on one side and simply hooked around the ear on the other side. The dragon on the crown has red eyes that sparkle like gems. The rose is part of the design, it's not an accessory.
