This guy reminds me of a book series I read when I was younger. I don't remember what it was called, (something about Urchin of the Riding Stars?) , but there were personified otters, squirrels, hedgehogs, etc.
The sword and tunic and ottery-ness just perfectly remind me of this series.

Ooh I read some of those books! They were called the Mistmantle Chronicles and yeah it was a lot like Redwall, which inspired a lot of my animals and designs! Also thank you!
