Prompt: For Inkling, winter is a time of peace and rest. The world around her isn't dead, only sleeping, and it's a refreshing break from the hustle and bustle of other seasons. Watching the gentle snowfalls and trying to catch snowflakes on her tongue are two of her favorite things. Trying to catch a raindrop just isn't the same. And at night, when the moon is full and the world is blanketed in fresh powder, she feels at peace with herself as she admires the world glistening like gems in the moon's pale glow. When the grass starts to peek through the snow, she already mourns the loss of the gentleness and quiet that will soon fade into the bright frenzy of spring.

The snow is melting, and already people are viciously knocking at Penguin's door. They're asking for hunting and fishing permits on his land, or delivering mail, or coming to see how he is, or it's one of his two brothers coming to bring news, gifts, food, advice- whatever.
The fact of the matter is, year round he is crowded by people. Penguin guards a large patch of land that everyone seems to want hunting rights on, and adding to this, Penguin is required to shovel these tickets out to people as his job. But it is closed in the winter, and he made a proclamation that no one - not even his family - can visit him for the last two sectors of winter. Unless thee is an emergency. And oh, those sectors are blissfully peaceful.
