A really old character who I named Reaper.
She was supposed to be like a Cheshire cat/Bill cipher child but idk where I was goin with that.
She got her scarf from her guardian, and it turns out it holds a demon inside of it. It possesses her whenever it can and some side effects to her possession is insomnia, paranoia and hallucination.
After committing a mass murder, she was sent to a mental hospital but after a few days patients began to disappear and suicide attempts rose to concerning amounts. Turns out she had such an unstable grip on herself and the demon that she started to feed off the patients.
Soon she was sent to the electric chair. She technically "Dies" but ends up becoming a being who lives between two worlds, in the rift. Because of the rumors she became a "Folklore" and that was her role, she scares kids who think they a baddie.
