Basically, I wanted to get his design done so I can do Steven

Design Notes:
-Rose thought he looked like a "little her" because his fur resembled a mane. (Pearl was always quick to remind her that most of the gems looked like a "little Rose" too bc they all somewhat look like lions)
-The star and dots on his pelt are why he chose the name Universe!
-He likes to joke that nobody but Rose showed for his concerts because everyone else thought the fur in his ears made him deaf enough to not make good music.
-His poor tail,,
