this base is only to be used by me and any users listed in this post, since i'm adding some of the people i follow
they don't have to use it, and a lot of them won't see it but if they do hello <3
if used, please follow these rules!
1. don't remove sigs or credit lines as your own
2. edits are completely fine!
3. don't add/allow other users to use this base please!
4. feel free to make adopts and sell them! just do not sell the lines themselves.
5. do not post in editable oekaki or competitions.
