[Raptocidic]

Redesign of Rie, hes an old character.
I remember drawing him in like 2014 (or early 2015? idk) on the back of a biology test but i can't find the test paper or any other drawing of him. From what i can remember he was originally a dark blue dragon with a human-like head and had small white stars on the wings and belly. The test has probably been mistakenly thrown away at some point because i recycled a bunch of old school tests a 6 months ago and didn't think to check if they had doodles on.

I redrew the hair several times, it just kept looking awful and i couldn't get it right. Hair is difficult to draw.
