Monthly Character Design Challenge - Prompt 1

- Welcome to the Monthly Character Design Challenge! (MCDC)
- I made this challenge to help those of you out there that want to practice character design and want prompts to work off of.
I'll give you four prompts every month!
a color palette prompt
a few word prompts
a general character description
and a specific character description
you can choose to do all, a couple prompts, or even just one!
character descriptions:
a pirate lord that is into kite flying who has cloven hooves
a woman that has a large round head with short curly brown hair with a face that has brown skin and is pretty and youthful with an average physical appearance and has heavily tattooed arms with legs that are tunring to stone.
character descriptions are randomly generated from the arty games app by Jazza
