[r] munchkinism
[uc] ear, mane, horn, tail edit [shortened], scale edit
[c] fur
[nr] accessory, wing film transparency
Edit1: Fixed the color layer.
edit2: Added two more layers for the flowers and scales/wings.
Edit3: Did most of the coloring. Needs a couple fixes.
