Timer is off!! Was doing this while doing errands today!
After escaping an experimental lab that he was in from a young age, he started exploring the ocean and he comes across another merman. He has major trust issues but somehow he can't bring himself to swim away, not to mention he finds this cute merman attractive. "W-what do you want?" He says in a low stern voice.
Sorry no shading and I got lazy with his markings and i forgot his jewelry. . . Great. . .
