Prompt;
Ever since she was a kit, she dreamed about becoming a warrior. She would bite and scratch the other kits, thinking it's what a warrior would do, however her mom was not happy. As being the small kit she was, she thought she could prove herself, so she ventured out into the vast forest. Finally she reached the stream, which was the boarder of Dew Clan.
"I can make it," She huffed as she walked across the stream. The water gushed up her face and she heaved herself out from the murky water. She panted and dashed out of the treeline. She looked around at the clear sky and open plains.
"I can prove myself," She whispered to herself. The tall grass towered over her as she crawled through the scratchy grass. She suddenly heard a yowl and she was knocked over. A large, white cat with a large black eye spot pinned her down. Branch Kit yowled and clawed the cat and she twisted over. She panted and crawled away. Branch Kit felt a stinging pain in her foreleg and twisted around to see the large cat running after her. She dashed into the stream, but was quickly pulled out. She felt a large claw slash her muzzle. Her body ached, as she pulled away, she felt a large surge of pain from her ear. The large tom was thrown back and Branch Kit dashed across the stream back to her camp.
Looking back now, Branch Leap saw how foolish she was, but was brave enough to run away. Although she is still grumpy about all the scars the tom had left behind on her once beautiful pelt.
