A combination of the japanese words Rika 理香 and Tsune 雅. Rika means always strong, and tsune can either mean endless or elegant. (I don't know Japanese, but these are the meanings that I have read). I prefer tsune's latter meaning, elegant. I see her being the kind of strong/elegant that you'd except of someone wielding a rapier.
