why yes, I guess it's a little weird to have a rainbow floating on clouds when it can just sit on the ground, but I have a habit of removing all the frontmost layers when editing a background, so I don't know where they over lap.

On another note, I am officially addicted to using French names for my Oekaki xD I'm pleased I didn't have to look this one up
