I think the horse reins from the Medieval Faire would be good to connect the reindeer together! As for the sleigh itself, you could try the 2016 red giftbox as a base, and construct something around it with coal, paint, gingerbread house decorations, etc. The pebbles from Christmas 2016 would make good sleigh tracks, and you can add some presents or Santa’s Sack from 2011 in the back of the sleigh.
