I started crying in gym today and begged to be able to sit out but my teacher was having none of it. I'm too scared to just straight up refuse to play but I begged to get like an after school if I got to sit out and yeah the answer was an obvious no. So I had to play the game while bawling my eyes out in front of all 50 students and this group of people were making fun of me for being bad at the game and i just wanted to melt away

I could literally drop dead in gym class and still have to participate

I'm so sorry! That's sounds horrible. I've never had anything like that happen to me, but I do suffer from bad anxiety so I can somewhat relate. If you ever need a friend my PM's are always open!<3

What the actual heck, whoever decided they were gonna make fun of you is an absolute jerk, first of all. I hope they get what’s coming to them, that’s NOT okay to do, ever.
