So I am hoping to raise awareness for the Australian bushfires and its victims.

Since November 2019, Australian fires have burned down 14.7 million acres, area that is larger than Belgium and Haiti together. People in Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne and other country towns have been living in smog that is sometimes equivalent to smoking a pack of cigarettes a day. Even New Zealand, 2000km away, has been impacted by the smoke.
1300 homes destroyed and 400 more damaged. People have been forced to evacuate and many were stranded on the beach, unable to escape.
A third of NSW's koala population is thought to have perished and more injured.
Firefighters bravely protecting our own are volunteers who have given up their holiday, Christmas with their family, to defend us.

We recently went to NZ and the left over snow was yellow from the bush fires in NSW, maybe the sky is yellow because of the smoke? I heard Auckland is pretty bad rn! Hope you guys are all staying safe
