Minyu's four ears led to superstitions when she was a kit that she could hear everything around her. She encouraged this as it kept her aware of whom to trust: those who avoided her or only spoke outside of her presence were not to be trusted fully. Despite this rumor, her second set of ears are non-functional; they are just flaps.

She was a medcat under Atanzawstar and the two leaders prior to him.

Minyu has nine lives, due to unknown circumstances. They were given as a gift to her by the ancestors, but it's unclear which set they were from (good or bad).
