The question isn't what she does like to do really, it's what she doesn't like to do. Her favorite thing though? Quary loves to hang out with the pride's cubs youngest! She loves the little balls of fuzzy innocence, and adores any and all time she gets to spend with them. The affection is mutual too, Quarry is every cub's favorite aunty!

She loves to play with the cubs as a group but also makes sure each cub gets special attention every now and then. After all, cubs need plenty of love and affection to grow into the best form of themself they can be!

Quary also is the one to pick up the earliest stages of training with the cubs. She doesn't consider this 'work' though and really does it mainly because she enjoys it. She adores the cubs and watching them choose their paths in life is a blessing to her.

She remembers each and every cub that she has met and cherishes all of them. In a way, she considers them all her babies. Especially the orphan cubs that found their way to the pride one way or the other. Since they didn't have anyone else Quary often feels responsible for them.

She loves to show the cubs the world. The forest, the mountain (well, as far as their little legs can bring them anyways), the caves, and all other places on their territory they aren't quite old enough to go see themself. The wonder in their faces is what keeps Quary motivated and going, and she would never give up on seeing it!

And because of all her efforts, her chest fills with pride whenever a cub grows up into their rank. The cubs might not be truely hers, but in a way they always are.

Prompt: desmonda cares for the mothers and cubs of the pride, a nanny and nurse of sorts. her day is full of life and is always busy, at least when mothers and cubs are in her care. the oasis near the camp is a hotspot of activity, and her personal favorite place. when the sun that was high in the sky begins to make it's way toward the horizon, most of the pride begin to settle down in camp, unsure of what lies out in the desert once the sun goes down. thats when she finally gets to have her time, she'll settle down in the water, enjoying the warmth until the sun settles just above the horizon. then she'll make her way back and settle down with the mothers, laughing and telling the cubs stories to entertain them. when the oasis seems too crowded, she'll pick one of the smooth rocks that lie close by and sunbathe, the sun was their pride and joy, was it not? she'll let the cubs climb up and rest on top of her and they all settle down and take a much needed nap.

Prompt: There are a few things Suada likes to do after a long day of keeping guard of the royal family. Sunbathing for the soothing warmth but this can be hard to do when she's working the day shift. A nice cat nap to sleep off exhaustion. Sleep is always relaxing and something she needs to do daily. Sometimes a solo hunting trip to work out some tension though this can sometimes have the opposite effect and make her frustrated instead- especially if she doesn't make a catch. Her favorite way to relax after a rather intense day, however, is a cooling mud bath. On the edges of the pond, the dirt gets rather soft and cool. Perfect for mixing up some mud to slip into. As the sun sets and her shift ends, Sauda will make her way to the far side of the pool away from the royal den. With the night setting in the water is cooler than it is during the day making the muddy edges cooler as well. It's not deep so she has to roll in the mud to cover her coat completely, letting the wet dirt seep into her fur down to her skin to help ease her aching muscles. Once she's coated from the tips of her ears to the tuft of her tail she'll lounge in the mud under the twinkling stars. Minutes. Hours. It changed depending on the day. When the mud began to dry out (or rather when she decided to go home) she would move further into the cleaner water to wash the mud off and out of her fur. Once she's clean she heads to her home to get a restful night's sleep that has her refreshed and ready for the next day and its challenges. She never has to worry about a stressful day knowing a mud bath will always be waiting for her after her shift. (320 Words)
