Okay so yes, he has the green hair i just didnt draw it on full body view because then you cant see the other markings =]
By his eye is Japanese writing the says "S" I'm not sure why but i thought it looked cool. So maybe his name could start with S? xD
On his front leg in neon green says NEON and on the tip of his tail (which i edited to look like it does) says MOON. just like in te backgroun(blue). Also on his hided legs those green things are cresent moons.
His nose and eyes were suppose to glow >.<'(failed)
On is back is like toxic drip (XD) and its says "RAVE"
you can remove the earings or the necklace,up to you
In the backgroun the black says "Punk" and the purple says "Emo"
