What is this dragon's favorite time of day/why? ;

Rina laid down in the field beyond her nest. The grass beneath her body provided some warmth from the winter night's chill. The young dragoness closed her eyes and listened to the sounds of the forest change. The songbirds retreated from the night only to be replaced by the sound of crickets and the occasional hoot of an owl. And then, as the wind changed directions, silence descended upon the forest as night reached its zenith. Rina opened her eyes and looked up. The moon had just reached the summit of its climb and the stars above shone at their brightest. It was a sight that Rina saw every night, but it still took her breath away. The endless stars above made the young dragoness feel small, but instead of feeling insignificant she felt at peace. The night was her time. She stretched her wings and with a silent beat, she rose. Leaping into the sky above, the speckles on her wings caught the moonlight just like the stars she loved. Rina spent the next few hours moving silently across the sky, chasing the stars themselves as she sought out her favorite constellations. The one's with stories that had been passed down to her so lovingly from her family. As she passed the constellation Draco, she smiled. Her family always said that the mighty star dragon watched over the nighttime flights of all dragons, giving them luck and peace as they flew though his domain. Rina always found peace in the star dragon's company, and as she turned to fly home, she knew she would sleep peacefully. The dragon in the stars would keep her nightmares away, as he always did.

Rina is a sweet dragon with a golden heart. She loves to help others and is always willing to be there for her friends. She is a rather creative dragon who enjoys storytelling, especially ones related to the constellations. Rina is always ready to explore and go an adventure but her impulsive nature sometimes gets her into sticky situations. She sees the best in everyone and this can make it easy to trick her or take advantage of her kindness unfortunately. Rina does enjoy making mischief, though only if it's for fun and not to hurt anyone. She enjoys telling jokes in her stories, or playing small pranks on her friends. She's a young dragon with a hopeful outlook on life and endless energy. She can be hard to keep up with at times but her genuine love of life makes her rather endearing. But even energetic Rina enjoys quiet moments to look at the stars or just relax with a friend.

evening - but this dragon is quite particular. her favorite time of day really only happens once a month, maybe twice if they are lucky! it's evening, right as the sun is set and the moon is hovering above the earth in it's whole glory. watching the full moon rise into the night sky, overpowering the sun, gives her a fleeting feeling of strength. as a night owl she waits patiently for these times, and nothing gives her more energy to want to get up and wander than the dazzling light of a full moon.

Lumine draws her energy from the moon, she feels inspired and playful during these times. during the days she is tired and restless all at once, never feeling calm or serene simply nervous and uncomfortable. she loves blending in with the colors of the night, flickering around like a comet and flaunting her beauty that only the night dwellers could behold. she's like a star that only comes once every hundred years, a true sight to behold.

she's mysterious like the moon, and cautious as well. you would never catch this one out in the brightness of the sun, and if you did it would certainly not be by her choice! she would look like a deer caught in the headlights, but she was just a dragon under the bright fiery ball we call the sun. she also hates the burns the sun can cause, whereas the gentle light of the moon would never dare harm her. so all in all - she's a hermit. a beautiful, bright-eyed full moon lover.

this young juveniles dream is to reach the stars - quite literally. she's heard rumors of humans who can speak to the stars and planets, and she hopes to one day find one of them. she wants help, to talk to her idol the moon and the other many stars. she feels a sense of longing in the night sky, in the mysterious void called space. a sense of belonging, like maybe she could find herself up there.

Late summer's end of a sunset around 6:30~7:00 (in EST timezone).

The bright clear blues in the sky are completely swallowed up by colors of burning magentas, deep violets, and vibrant ultramarine blues. The slow summer breeze pushes the clouds created between the clashing of warm and the cold fronts across the lands. The sky displays the lurid changes that happens between when the hot lush summers transforms into a bleeding autumn. When all seems quiet and tranquil, Menrva knows that from a huge bear of the forest to the smallest acorn in the meadow - all of Mother Nature prepares itself for change but only unheard by the ears of men.

They never find true repose in the silence, for they know that is the first sign of death.

And these late summer nights, are truly some moments that the sky seems to celebrate the cacophony of life.

A commemoration of the energy given by the burning star, and the beginning of the bountiful harvest - they take the most joy taking flight in these skies, furling their wings to caress the fleeting warmth, and viewing the world below with wonder and curiosity for what it holds.

The life below looks up, to see the gleeful dragon soaring amongst the burning sky, as Menrva's exuberance has also become an indicator of the quickly changing season.

what is this dragon's favorite time of day/why?
Around dusk. During this time Sparkwing can fly and hunt without being detected easily. He likes the peace and quiet and the ability for him to adventure. Though he is a juvenile, he is still permitted to only hunt weaker animals so he doesn't harm himself. Of course, being as mischievous as he tends to be, he found a way around this by finding sleepy or tired animals who are about to go to bed, and hunts them instead. No one has found out about his little game, but only because he eats everything he kills quickly, and buries the bones in the woods where no one can find them. The darker it gets the more he tends to wander, trying to find harder things to catch. Every day he waits until dusk to go hunting, only practicing during the day for his little game when everyone else is getting ready to slumber. Though he may be a trouble maker, he still enjoys as the sky changes colors, feeling as though the heavens created this change just so he could hunt bigger prey until he is old enough to hunt them when the sun is up and they can actually put up a fight.

When the first rays of sunlight pierce the sky through the gaps between the trees. It’s the start of a new day and new beginnings, and Alister is always on the hunt to do something new. He explores the forest outside his cave with enthusiasm, starting the same time each day. Perhaps he’ll come across a new stream, or witness the hatching of a newborn chick. The birds begin their gorgeous songs as he elegantly treks through the forest. During the fall, the satisfying crunch of the leaves accompany him on his daily exploration, and that truly is his favorite time of year. The sun rising on the brown, orange, red, and golden leaves creates a light show that almost imitates stained glass.
