Ah hello! You can order customs from artists if they have open slots. Orphan tickets are obtained through events or exploring.

you can buy customs by PMing artists when they open customs (check out the customs page for more info and to see if someone has customs open)
to get an orphan you need a orphan ticket (you can get them from exploring or events but they are rare)
