things i will/would do for this:
more wings (the wings are flower petals. succulent leaflets could be cute too)
more tails (like a really long one maybe)
manes (fluff!)
fangs and horns (ram, antelope, etc, fangs having different length)
more ears (smol thin, tol sharp, etc)

the area on its back and back of legs is translucent scales, they rise/ruffle when in water
little 'lines' on chest and belly are 'gills'/lungs, mouth is purely for smelling & eating
body looks smooth due to extremely dense floof, which is like down-fur in texture, super soft and chubby lookin
