Alright, honestly, I just went with the flow for this one and made it up as I went along, and now, uh... here we are! XD

I wanted to do something with one muted color palette for the background and a use very bright, noticeable color to emphasize a character, and then this was made! I honestly quite like it, wow! ;-;
The cat's not any character in particular - just a random dude, XD!

I don't have much to say this time so uh, I guess I'll end this here! XD
