Ichor, pronounced [eh-core] were discovered by remains
of fossil and boneunderneath the Ephesus ruins back in the
late 1970's. With the most recent technology and research
into the history of these strange looking creatures,
A discovery was made that these creatures were very
close in relation to the atlas lion by genetics. By us
finding fossils or amber with live cells of Ichor inside,
whether it be through a relative of a bug or even in
old tree bark and nesting grounds, attempts were made
to clone these beings and bring them back to life by
their only living relative, the atlas lion. While the lion is
now extinct due to this testing, (plural) Ichar live on in
their place all over the world. Named after their finding
in Greece cities, it was also discovered that unlike any
other species, their blood is a thick and gold colored.

These creatures were found to be good with people, and
adjust to families and children well. However hoards of
wild Ichar can be found in any area, but most likely were
the climate is extremely hot or cold. Lucky for you, this
facility keeps track of Ichor that don't adjust to pack life
and brings them in for domestication, or sometimes they
even find their way in. Perhaps you can take one home,
and better yet make a new friend.

Welcome!

This is the main adopt page, and where most updates will be posted
as they're made. Ichor is a closed species, which means you aren't
permitted to make your own, however they will be released in many
ways such as raffles, "impress me" competitions, or maybe even first
come first serve! There will also be a chance in the future to obtain
custom Ichor, however that will be arranged when the time comes.

Hopefully you stick around, and if you plan to adopt it's suggested to
read the rules just in case you miss something important.

If you have any questions, you can always contact someone on the staff
team or me via PM if you don't feel comfortable asking on the thread.
We'll do out best to answer your questions and console your concerns as
they come up!

General Adoption Rules ;;

• Ichar are a closed species. This means you cannot make your own, sorry!

• They can be sold for CS currency (pets/C$), but if you plan to sell it to a user for
  another misc currency (FR, DA, USD), both users must contact the staff. An Ichar can't
  be sold to someone who doesn't own a CS account.
  x
• You cannot edit the design of your Ichor in any way yourself unless you buy or win
  item/trait tickets which an artist must add to your Ichor.

• Store items aren't kept huge track of by us which means our bank system relies heavily
  on the trust system. If you don't want mods to question your item usage we suggest keeping
  track of your transactions and such!
  x
• Do not steal an Ichor design from the thread or another user. Ichor designs cannot be
  taken off their original base or outside the species. All Ichor must stay Ichor.

• Ichor must have one biological sex, however can identify as anything else. This is very
  important for breeding purposes. Depending on the artist, the sex of the Ichor may or may
  not be predetermined, but is always predetermined in breedings.

• Any trades/sales/gifts are final once the transaction has gone through. Staff cannot
  help you get your Ichor back unless it's a special situation.

• You will be required to have both a bank and a storage place for your Ichar in order to
  use/purchase items and use the nursery. However, it's not required to adopt them.

• You can ask to claim artist entries under MYO or semi/custom tickets if the user allows it, or
  work out a deal with the user and PM a mod that you bought one, as it has to be listed as official
  in our spreadsheet. If you're unsure about this, PM a staff member.

• Use common sense. More rules may be added.

• You receive one common custom ticket for each month you're active.

• ARTISTS must make two Ichor a week. GUEST ARTISTS must make one
  Ichor each week. You will be considered active after this is completed at
  the end of each week!

• ARTISTS must roll for any and all traits when breeding Ichor for a fair
  chance for traits to be passed onto youth.
  x
• ARTISTS must list the rarity, traits, and items used (if applicable) on an
  Ichor's adopt page when being released. Transparent reference sheet is
  encouraged but not required if the user can get it themselves.

• MODERATORS must keep careful watch over events, users buying items,
  users redeeming items, and so on. If a big event is coming up, it's encouraged
  you make your presence known every so often!

Ichor Traits and Trait Rarity

Standard Ichor ;; An Ichor with no edits but expression at most. Most common kind of Ichor.

Common Ichor Traits ;; Fur edits on the body, Minor mane edits, Minor ear edits, Pupil and paw edits
Horns on the head of any size or type, overbite canine edits or removal, Body build edits

Uncommon Ichor Traits ;; Mane and backmane edits, any tail edit, major ear edits, scarring or visible
skin markings, lack of fur on all or parts of body.

Rare Ichor Traits ;; Small, unusable wings on the body, two tails or nub tails, no mane and/or backmane,
major height edits (munchkinism or giant), halos

Very Rare Ichor Traits ;; Usable wings, lack of ears or multiple ears, missing limbs (up to two), lack of a
tail or 3 tails, gryphonism (mutated parts of another animal spliced onto the Ichor), mouth edits (beaks,
snake jaws, shark heads/jaws, ect)

Legendary Ichor Traits ;; Elemental edits/limb edits, plant growth on body, multiple limbs (up to six),
antennae, multiple heads (up to three), custom lineart, coat changing (seasonal or location based), more
than one halo, supernatural aspects
