Art/Story of first encounter: As I scouted the paddock a stallion made his way over to me. I slowly placed my hand out for him to smell, as he smelled my hand he snickered, trotted away, and did the same thing again. From my experiences with horses I knew this was a positive interaction. He was a goofy stallion who wanted to play. I wasn’t able to play with him since there weren’t any toys for him to play with, but I did have some homemade oat treats that he enjoyed very much.
What drew you to him/her? His beautiful and unique pattern! Along with his sassy and goofy attitude. Plus, he chose me, I didn’t choose him.

Art/Story of first encounter: The first encounter with Baron was something mystical. It was an early, foggy morning while out in the field. Not foggy enough that you couldn't see in front of yourself, but foggy enough that 20 or 30 feet ahead of you was latent. No horses could be seen, but they could be heard. Nickering and soft whinnying, neighs echoing all around, breaking through the fog. Eerily ambient. Out from the front trotted Baron. He stopped the moment he made eye contact, some 25 feet away, and never broke it. He stood there, head held high, tail up to match, watching, observing. Once, he turned his body, showing off his side and his glorious coloration. A few more minutes passed before he turned fully around and returned to the fog, a whinny trailing close behind.
What drew you to him/her? Mostly his face/face markings. I've got a soft spot for large blotches of white and blue eyes, and his face immediately sparked a personality in me, so I just had to try for him! I adore his colors, as I am a fan of liver/darker chestnuts uvu~
