To zoom in/out just scroll up or down. it's confusing when you first scroll around because you might scroll off of the art, but you'll eventually figure it out. Also your art is pretty good.
(Also a hint for sketching: I find it easier to sketch with pastel colors, then I add a new layer and draw neater lines over the sketch)
