breeding rules
• you may breed your cat once per month. the breeding prompt must be completed each time per new cat pair (so if you are breeding the same cats more than once, you do not need to complete a new prompt)
• breedings may result in up to 4 kits.
• you may choose to send kits to the orphanage.
• cats may be bred up to 3 times, male x female only.
• do not post a form unless an artist opens slots.
npcs
npc breeders can be used if you only have a founder. each user has one breeding to each npc.
