not evey drawing you make will turn out the way that you like it. all you can do is keep drawing more. the more you draw the better you get. i think you've got a pretty good start going. (almost no one is happy with most of their art XD) the best tip i can give is to use a reference. it takes more effort but it will help you get an idea as to what things look like *awkward shrug*
