Rarity: thinking about the horn perhaps an uncommon?
Breeding Notes:
Horn has a 20% chance of passing
Black color usually pass, unless mate also has a dominant genotype for base coat, then 50% (Or 75% if mate has one dominant and one recessive)
Roan brindle 50%
Tobiano: usually pass
Cloven hooves have 40% chance of passing

Almost! He looks a whole lot more like a Black Appaloosa with Irregular Brindle (EE/aa/Lplp). The dominant extension (EE) gives you the black coat and a black roan is actually gonna be a blue roan, and this cute lil' man definitely isn't a blue roan!
