- Give Not Your Name to the Good Neighbors.
- Thank not the Good Neighbors - this is acknowledgement of a debt.
- Consume neither food nor drink gifted from a Good Neighbor.
- Ensure your each action and word to the Good Neighbors is offered with the upmost politeness.
- Accept non-edible gifts from the Good Neighbors only with the highest caution, or otherwise dispose of them.
Should you follow these rules, however, and leave behind an offering (milk, bread, and perhaps some coins will do) for the Good Neighbors, the Fair Folk, they may deign to offer a bit of luck, or other sorts of help.
