Biggest fear:
Babe is afraid of thunder and lightning! The loud, booming noises of thunder terrify her when a storm is beginning, the bright flashes of lightning that follow also cause her to hide out under her blanket in the stables until they pass. She has never been one for bright lights and loud sounds, however; a way she has found out to help herself during storms is to sleep through them. Well, the best she can without being woke up!

Biggest Fear:

Popsicle's biggest fear is plastic bags. It's a silly fear for such a large creature to have, but the bags floating early in the wind scare her, they always seem to follow her and she's thoroughly convinced that they will attack her. Like other Kelpies I "own" she is considered feral, but she's the most friendly towards humans. It's ironic that she would be terrified of something humans find so practical. She will not hesitate to bravely scoop up the nearest person and gallop them to safety away from the plastic monsters, so it is advised that you hold onto your bags! :3

Fear: Schicksal is absolutely terrified of frogs and toads. This is a bit of a problem for a kelpie since they see them pretty much every day. If one hops in her path, she'll freeze up and start snorting loudly, staring at it with wide eyes and swishing her tail back and forth. She firmly believes that if she holds still enough, the frog will think she's a rock and ignore her. If it makes even a slight movement towards her, however, she'll squeal, spin around, and run to a safe distance, where she'll buck and prance until it hops into the bushes. She doesn't have a particularly good reason for fearing them; she simply dislikes their shiny, slimy skin.

Biggest Fear: Spark is TERRIFIED of traveling. She absolutely hates leaving her stable - which makes it incredibly hard for her owners. As a filly, she was in a trailer during a really bad storm, and the thunder kept shaking the trailer, throwing the little mare around. She also grew up hearing the horror story of the "Stallion of the Trailer" by all the older colts. For those of us that aren't as familiar with the tale, it goes a little something like this: On a dark, stormy night, a mysterious stallion was running along in the moors of Ireland. While trying to find cover from the storm, he stumbled upon a trailer, buried deep in the forest. He quickly ran to the trailer and hid inside. Once inside, the trailer door slammed shut, trapping him inside. He desperately tried for days to break free, but alas, never made it out. To this day, the mysterious stallion is rumored to haunt every trailer, waiting for an unknowing victim to fall into his hooves. Whenever Spark thinks back to her scarring trailer ride, she can't help but think about the "Stallion of the Trailer" and his dark stormy night.
