Cinder was trotting happily through the forest, on her way to hunt, when she heard a rustling in the bushes next to her. The she-cat stalked around the corner, prepared to pounce on her prey, before realizing it wasn't prey at all. "River? What on earth are you doing hiding back here?"

"Shhhshhshhshhhh!" the other she-cat exclaimed. "Quick, leave before he finds me!"

"Current?"

"Of course Current! Who else? Now go; hurry!"

Cinder rolled her eyes, but left River to her hopeless attempt at hiding from her little brother.

"And so then I said, 'That's not very nice Mr. Turtle.'" Current paused in his telling of the story to tilt his head curiously at his older sister. "River? River, are you listening?"

"Uh huh," River muttered, her bowl perfectly matching her current mood. The she-cat wasn't listening, of course; she was actually trying to determine which nearby tree had the best roots to hide under. Surely Current wouldn't be able to find her when her scent was mixed with so many rotten leaves.

"Well, as I was saying..." River held her ears down with her paws, trying to tune out the never-ending, completely-pointless story her brother was telling. Was there a way to return annoying little siblings?
