so like, mid-2016 I had a dream where I caught a shiny Clefairy, but instead of the actual shiny it was a cute lil blue baby! I figured out like, a while later that the real shiny is actually way too stupid! I wanted to draw it but I cant draw anything that isnt animal-like apparently so forgive me for this awful pieceo f art

should the cheeks be dark blue or pink i still dont know
