Thank you for updating this! And to point out where this is said;

Eevee's only is listed on the "Color a pokeball, get an Eevee!" page "Wait for an artist...Get an eevee based off your design!" (Center of second line)


For the rule you must have a starter and a home set to participate. it is located on the main page of this event, "Eevee Haven | Opening Event !". It says "You must have a starter and a home set up" (Second to last set of text on the first post)

Thats just about it! Eevee starters and homes are simple to get and set up and should take less than a day, which then I personally would be more than happy to claim this pokeball!

Oh, thank you so much!! So, I asked someone to make the lines for me and didn't realize they were off-Oekaki so I gotta figure out how to do that ;^;
