Cervicorns
About:
Cervicorns are exactly what one might think they are, deer/unicorn hybrids! These are magical beings that were discovered in the remote forests of Scotland living in small herds for survival. Once discovered, conservation projects began to bring these mythical creatures up in numbers, rebounding from the brink of extinction.
Cervicorns are very friendly, curious creatures, but they are also very smart. It takes quite a while to earn their trust! They can live in herds from as few as 5 to as many as 30, and usually have 1 to 3 offspring (called foals) who can either live with the herd or go on to form new herds with other cervicorns. These guys are very strict herbivores and usually forage on wild plants and fruits, but are happy to eat other plants as well.
Cervicorns are widely varied in what they can look like! Most cervicorns have horns (which are the source of their magic) and small wings, but some can be born without one or either! Cervicorns without some sort of horn cannot fly, but can glide short distances with their wings! Those without wings can still fly (think santa's reindeer), and those without either cannot fly at all, but they can run quite fast! They usually come in very bright colors, but are known to come in darker colors as well.
