You take the Big Red soda and put it in your inventory. You take one and drink it. It lowers your anger a little bit, but you're still very angry!
You really need to try to take a chill pill and relax.

Barry: Hmm, might be taking this a tad too literally but... Find some Chill Pills??? Barry seems to have some anger issues, so he's bound to keep some lying around, right? Idk, just trying to build character...
