Most of her coloring is based off of a gray fox except she has more white instead of red on her underside.
The kanji on her shoulder means tranquility, though I'm not the best at drawing kanji so its not perfect
I was trying something out, that I think worked pretty well to make her fur look "rippled" and multi-colored a bit like a gray fox's :3
The design itself is still very much up for changing (especially since I didn't get anything really bird-like that I wanted in her design XD (she doesnt have a name yet either)), but I believe she will be staying pretty much the same physically (two tails, tuft of hair, pointy ears, that stuff)
Oh, and the timer is off of course ^^; I left this up quite a bit while doing other things
1st edit: Ok, she's a bit different now, heres what I've changed:
-I took off the kanji, it didn't really mean anything to me
-I changed her eye color from green to chocolate brown (it fits me better I think, even though my eyes are blue)
-I added black stripes in her tail
-There are now 3 tiny freckles on her right front paw pad, the same way I have three freckles on my hand
-She now has a name- Jezi, I got the Idea from my dog, Jessie's name and just changed it a bit ^^
- thats about it ^^ she still isnt bird-like in anyway, but everything I tried didn't really fit me, I'm beginning to wonder if I am even the tiniest bit bird-like since I've known from the beginning I didn't want wings, but I still would love anything bird-like in her. Hmm.... maybe she'll have a bird companion (not another fursona, just a companion)? we'll see
-Oh yeah! she also now has longer claws in the front, like a hawk's talons (so maybe she has one thing bird-like-ish)
2nd edit: Gosh so much happened today
my dog, Jessie, who inspired Jezi's name had to be put down... she had diabetes which we did not know about and it caused her kidneys to fail. She was a 9 year old yellow lab and she was my fist dog ever, her death affected me so much... so how does this relate to Jezi?:
- She now has a light brown "stripe" on her nose where Jessie had one (ref)
- She also wears Jessie's collar, or at least the one she wore most often (black thick fabric collar with a small length of choke chain in the front, The collar means a lot to me, in ways I can't find words to explain...(ref this was the closest I could find)
- The only other change today is changing the black stripes on her tail, Spotty gave me an idea for how she could be bird-like that I hadn't thought of, so she now has a striped tail like the tail feathers of a Zone Tailed Hawk (ref)

Nothings changed today, other than that I added a bunch of text to the ref pointing out some things, this may be Jezi's final design but I'm not positive yet.

changed her paw pads a bit, they are now spotted instead of plain pink. This is because my new puppy Boo has spotted paws

Added a small earring on her left ear, I was looking through my gallery ans found my first fursona, Gypsy, who had a large taurus symbol on her side, and I realized that I still am very proud of my Zodiac symbol and I wanted to represent it in someway on Jezi, and an earring was simple enough that it wouldn't be a major change as there is not much I want to change about Jezi.
I know how it feels.
