Snow Cat Adoptable Rescue (hereafter called SCAR) is a character development centered species. The goal of these little guys is to work on character development, though worldbuilding is encouraged as well!
In order to adopt this wild Snow Cat, you must be either at First Frost level, or a Bareground who does not have a Commander ticket posted.

Anyway to win this unseasonably festive fellow, all you have to do is enter give them a name and enter the raffle!
