Oleander here is a nerdy type of person who likes to correct a lot of things.He is fairly short and is usually picked on for his size but he doesn't mind it.Oleander tends to hang around with Kai,Toby and Orion.He is also wearing a witch hat,a pair of boots and short fingered gloves I think?Also,Oleander is a infected octoling which means he doesn't know much about his past.
