Ok here is something that will make it look more realistic. From the angle you drew her, you would not see her other eye, also to me she does not look too masculine, keep up the good work

I think she looks masculine because of her jaw and jawline. Females' jawlines have a tendency to be shorter, softer and rounder. The jaw is too low under the lips, because if you look at a reference it would be closer together. Hope this helps!
